Alexander Flett

     Alexander Flett was born on 3 October 1874 at Findochty, Banffshire, Scotland.1 He was the son of James Flett and Janet Campbell. His family was known by the tee-name of "Yankie".
He was listed as head of household's son in the 1881 census at Parish of Rathven, Banffshire, Scotland. Those recorded in the household were: James Flett, head; Jessie Flett, wife; William Flett, son; James Flett, son; Alexander Flett, son; Joseph Flett, son; George Flett, son; Hellen Flett, sister.2
He married Margaret Milton at Buckie, Banffshire, Scotland, on 29 November 1900.1
