F Breakspear

M, #1515, b. circa 1864
     F Breakspear was born illegitimate circa 1864;
It is suspected that his mother, Haylock Lanchester, began using the surname Breakspeare in place of Lanchester. It appears that she bore this son before her relationship with William Bursill as the registration of her death shows the informant as F Breakspear, son. The surname could have been taken from the father of this child.
He was the son of Haylock Lanchester. He was the informant for, and present at, Haylock Lanchester's death at Norfolk, England, on 31 July 1921.1,2
