Arthur Mair was a fisherman and trawler engineer.3 He married Margaret Helen Clark at The Manse, Elgin, Elgin, Scotland, on 3 December 1920.2
The Buckie and District Directory for 1926 shows that Arthur Mair lived at 17 Seafield Street, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland.5 He was the informant for, and present at, Margaret Helen Mair's death at 2 Dover Place, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland, on 23 November 1932.6,2 Arthur died on 28 July 1957 at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.3
