William Mair

William Mair was born on 8 January 1915 at Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland.1 He was the son of Alexander Mair and Helen Jane Mair. His family was known by the tee-name of "Shy".1 He married Rhoda Foreman at Blyth, Northumberland, England, on 4 November 1939.1
