Alexander Mair

     Alexander Mair was born circa 1886. He was the son of William Mair and Ann Wood. His family was known by the tee-name of "Rose".
The Buckie and District Directory for 1926 shows that Alexander Mair lived at 21 Station Street, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland.1 He was the informant for, and present at, an unknown person 's death at 21 High Street, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland, on 27 October 1950.2,3,4,5 Alexander died on 16 December 1955.3 He was buried after 16 December 1955 at Hillhead Cemetery, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland.3
