     Isabella Wood Pirie was born on 7 February 1922 at 28 Seafield Street, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland.1 She was the daughter of Alexander Pirie and Margaret Mair. Isabella Wood Pirie was known as a child as "Bella." She married Frank Wemyss Gibson at Aberdeen, Scotland, on 17 March 1952.2 As of 17 March 1952, her married name was Isabella Wood Gibson. Isabella Wood Gibson (née Pirie) was matron at the Balnagask Nursing Home, North Balnagask Road, Torry, Aberdeen from approximately 1953 to 1965. Isabella died on 25 April 2004 at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, at age 82.3,4 She was buried after 25 April 2004 at Springbank Cemetery, Countesswells Road, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.3,2
