Alexander Mair

Alexander Mair was a missionary. He married Jenny MacDonald at British Consulate, Wuhu, Anhui, China, in September 1909.2,1 He married Helen Elizabeth Gaussen at Union Church, Hankow, Hubei, China, in December 1937.1,3 Alexander died on 31 August 1966 at 4 Heathryfold Place, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, at age 82.1 He was buried after 31 August 1966 at Hillhead Cemetery, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland.2,3 A book, 'Unforgettable Memories of China and Scotland', was published by Epworth Press, about his missionary life.
