     Jesse was born at Market Weston, Suffolk, England, circa 1851. He was the son of Jesse Hart. Jesse Hart was a farm bailiff. He married Sophia Briggs at Kenninghall Parish Church, Kenninghall, Norfolk, England, on 24 July 1875.1
